Lab Director
Dr. Barbara Chaparro
Professor of Human Factors
I have over 30 years of experience in applied Human-Computer Interaction in both industry and academia. My research interests include the study of user experience (UX) of a variety of products and systems, usability assessment methods, and mobile computing. I have worked on many contracts from Fortune-100 companies to research the user experience and usability of a wide range of technologies and systems in a variety of domains including consumer products, medicine, unmanned aviation, gaming, and more!
